ExecuteNow Global works with a Japanese-based company with products that are currently available in the US.
The goal of this particular project was to evaluate new packaging for an established brand. The new packaging was a sharp departure from the existing iteration.
Our “deep dive” approach, encompassing different methodologies indicated that despite acceptance of the new package by both current franchise consumers and competitive ones, the prototype would have difficulty achieving traction because of its material.
Specifically, the prototype package’s composition negated the possibility of microwaving. The end result was a convenience product that was unable to be prepared conveniently.
This feedback was appreciated by our client who later informed us that ExecuteNow Global saved them a huge amount in lost sales and revenue.
